TATOΪ Club Annual Team Kick Off Meeting: United by Our ETHOS

Every year, our Annual Team Kick Off brings the TATOΪ Club Team together to reconnect, celebrate and look ahead to the season to come.

This year, the focus was on what connects us as one Team: our ETHOS. The way we think, act and care, the values that guide our choices and the impact our everyday actions have on the people around us.

Through A Common Thread, we reflected on our shared purpose, what helps each of us thrive and the goals that will shape the year ahead.

Care was also at the heart of this year’s celebration, extending from the conversations we shared to the thoughtful gifts prepared for every member of our Team.

The evening continued with a chance to simply enjoy being together and celebrate the beginning of a new season.

Because every individual action contributes to something bigger: the culture we create together.

One Team. One purpose. To improve people’s everyday lives.
