In October, our 28-hour Ayurveda Retreat offered a gentle pause from the pace of daily life—a space to reconnect with body, mind, and spirit.

Rooted in over 5,000 years of wisdom, Ayurveda honours everyone as unique, guiding practices that restore balance and wellbeing. Guests explored yoga, meditation, mantra, and breathwork, alongside personalised insights into nutrition, lifestyle, and seasonal Ayurvedic cuisine. Massage therapies and workshops on herbal remedies deepened the experience, blending reflection with practical tools for everyday life.

Guided by experts Lia Constantinides and Elena Beurdeley, participants discovered more than relaxation—they found clarity, calm, and a renewed connection to themselves.
