January marked the beginning of a renewed relationship with health at TATOΪ Club, through a two-day immersive experience dedicated to one of the most powerful systems in the body: the microbiome, in collaboration with Dr Eleni Kantzou.
Dedicated to exploring the body’s internal ecosystem, the programme combined scientific insight with practical rituals designed to support digestion, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
Across breathwork, yoga, mindful Mediterranean meals, and hands-on fermentation workshops, participants discovered how daily habits shape the gut-brain connection and influence health over time.
Nature walks through the gardens and the Veggie Farm reinforced the role of biodiversity, rhythm, and environment in microbial balance, while creative practices such as clay crafting offered grounding integration.
The journey concluded with a closing cocoa ceremony, leaving guests with a renewed understanding of how sustainable health begins from within – through consistency, nourishment, and everyday care.
