100% Organic Veggie Farm: The expansive 12,500 m² Veggie Farm stands as a testament to the commitment to organic and sustainable agriculture. Certified 100% organic, the farm supplies all produce directly to the Restaurant, embodying the farm-to-table philosophy and ensuring that Members and guests enjoy the freshest, most nutritious, and eco-friendly meals.

Sustainable Cultivation: Spanning 100,000 m² of cultivated land, environmental health and sustainability are prioritised. The use of chemicals, synthetic pesticides, and GMOs is strictly avoided, despite higher operational costs. This commitment supports the ecosystem and results in purer, healthier crops.

In response to the devastating wildfires of 2022, the Club accelerated reforestation efforts, planting over 1,081 trees and 10,000 shrubs across 77 acres. This initiative remains ongoing, with continuous efforts to maintain and expand these areas, reinforcing the commitment to ecological recovery and sustainability.

Organic Waste: Approximately 1,000 kilograms of organic waste are recycled each month, converting it into valuable compost.

Glass: The glass recycling initiative has successfully processed over 6,000 kilograms of glass since 2023.

Textiles: Between 2023 and 2024, 970 kilograms of fabric were repurposed, promoting a more sustainable textile lifecycle.

Towel Reuse Programme: The linen inventory has been upgraded, with investment in advanced in-house laundry facilities that extend the life of linens while significantly reducing water and energy consumption in an environmentally friendly manner.
